I'm a late bloomer, stumbling onto running and then you through the Nike Run Club in 2018. As miles tick by and my love for running grows stronger each time I lace up. I just wanted to say thank you Coach for all the advice and encouragement!
I've long wanted to be able to combine badass and assistant coach in a way that doesn't look like I simply combined bad and assistant. Cheers and thank you for reading!
Thank you for reading and thank you for being a part of this most excellent sport. We're a better community for having you on the starting line with us!
I listened to this podcast episode yesterday during my run and I'm so glad I found you on Substack! I've been running with the NRC app since 2014, so thank you for how you encourage runners to get on the starting line over and over again.
I wouldn’t still be a runner if it wasn’t for you and probably not still here as even when at the darkest edge, my medical team always say “find a way to let her run”. But the head would have given up long before the body and I never would have found the joy in running and the gratitude without your guided runs. Or fish tacos which I have to cross the Atlantic to get!

Thank YOU for letting me cross some starting lines with you! And thank you for reading the newsletter!
And thank YOU for being a badass assistant coach (I attempted to combine badass and assistant but no)!

Fantastic newsletter Coach! Inspiring and reminds me why I have run for 30+ years! Thank you 😊
