I wish I could convey to you what a pivotal role you’ve played in my life… After decades of rock climbing, riding a bicycle every where (ie being reasonably fit) and telling myself I can’t run, I don’t quite remember what made me listen to you on the Nike Run app.. I remember listening, just listening, to the run app while driving (!?!) and walking the dog. And then stopping at the side of the road, dressed in jeans and thin soled boots and running with your gentle gentle nudges.. starting to run with the dog. I’m still not someone who can run 5k or 10k, tho, I have done both (!?!?!) because I got injured, then long Covid, now pregnant… but I know I’ll get back to it, and that proves to me that kindness is hardcore!! And I am so grateful for the stars to align that led to the Nike Run app and everything else that has followed!!
Your message today is again, kind, hopeful and encouraging, thank you for showing up for us!
